Our Psychologists

By undertanding both the physiological and the psychological drivers of mental illness, our psychologists offer a blend of traditional psychotherapy and evidence-based lifestyle interventions to improve brain energy metabolism, often using ketogenic therapies, nutrition, and circadian rhythm. We offer a supportive and empathic space for people to improve their mental and metabolic health.

Tiffany Baker

REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST & certified gaps practitioner

BSocSci(Psych), PGDipPsych

Tiffany is an Australian registered psychologist. She brings an integrative approach to mental health, recognising the close connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health. Tiffany has a particular interest in the gut-brain connection, understanding how stress can affect digestion and how digestive health can in turn influence mood, energy and overall mental wellbeing. Her approach combines evidence-based psychological therapies with a compassionate understanding of the complex relationship between body and mind.

Tiffany provides comprehensive psychological consultations for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and the psychological impacts of chronic health conditions, including digestive disorders, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. She also has a strong interest in building biology, exploring how our homes and workplaces can influence our health and wellbeing, particularly in relation to mould toxicity, multiple chemical sensitivity and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).

Tiffany has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and is also a certified GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) clinician. Through personalised treatment planning, she integrates traditional psychological therapies with lifestyle interventions, empowering individuals to address both the psychological and physiological aspects of their mental health. Her compassionate, evidence-based approach offers hope for those seeking alternatives to conventional treatment pathways, particularly individuals managing complex chronic conditions where gut health and mental health intersect.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys a peaceful rural lifestyle on a small property with her family, where they care for bees, chickens and sheep. She also enjoys playing the piano, finding joy and relaxation through music.
